Hinata can easily find out its Naruto, question is...would it bother her if it was Naruto once she figured it out it was him. Since she has a crush on him I bet she would proceed after making sure no one else was there.

She probably would proceed if she was in a determined state of mind, but i think shed get really nervous with naruto watching her and then she would faint in the water, and naruto would have to save her. In the end it was all part of her master plan to get him ever so more closer to her. lol (last sentence is my overactive imagination taking flight)
